Overview

Users will sometimes need to be switched from a Lite User to a Full User, or vice versa.

Cosmos makes it easy to change the License Type for a user which is covered in the steps below.

Details

To change the License Type for a user, the person making the change must have the Administrator role assigned to them. 

To change the License Type, you will first navigate to the Administration portal by clicking Administration under your user profile.

Next you will navigate to the Users section in the Administration portal. You will then click the Edit button to the right of the user that you want to adjust.

You can then adjust the license type fo the user to be Full, Lite, or Unlicensed and click Save.
