We are happy to inform you about some enhancements we have made to the Cosmos platform. We are also working on some major upgrades to our data management platform that we can't wait to reveal in the next release.
Highlights of this release include:
- Integration of our Ideas Portal + Easy Access to Support and Training Resources

- Added Enhanced Data Validation within Data Management
Integration of our Ideas Portal + Easy Access to Support and Training Resources
Our customers' feedback is our top priority, and we are excited to announce a new feature in this release: an Ideas Portal that lets you share your suggestions and requests directly within the product. We have also made it easier for you to access on-demand training or contact our Support experts.
Users will be able to click the new (?) icon in the Cosmos Portal to easily get access to any help they may need or submit a new idea for how to make Cosmos even better. In addition, you can see ideas submitted by other users and vote on those ideas. You will also receive automatic updates of any ideas that you create or vote on, so you'll be the first one to know once our team has started working on them and when they are released.
Improved User Experience when Running and Editing Reports
Some users were having issues running reports in the Cosmos Portal if they were on screens with very low resolution and when they were using the Cosmos add-in with Excel Desktop. These have been improved, and this has also increased the usability of running Cosmos reports from the Portal on a mobile device.
Added Enhanced Data Validation within Data Management
To prevent errors in data management, we have added various new validations. These validations ensure that key fields are set when incremental loading is enabled, field types match when mapping fields into the data model, and transformations are built correctly. We have also improved the messages for when fields that were used in Cosmos are removed from Business Central.
