A report can be run many times and the user may want to go into a previous report run earlier in the day to view the report. The Run History window for a report enables the user to see all the recent report runs as well as any archived runs for the report.
To view the Run History for a report, the user can click the Run History icon on the action bar at the bottom of the report card or click the ... in the lower-right corner of the report card and click History.
Clicking on the History button will open the "Run History" window.
The Run History window will show all recent report runs and archived report runs for the report. Recent runs include all report runs for the current day that have not been archived. It is important to note that report runs are cleaned up nightly, so any report run that hasn't been archived will be automatically purged by the system.
For each report run, the user can click the Report Options to expand them and see which filters were used when the report was run.
