To clear your add-in cache in Excel Desktop follow these steps:
- Open Excel Desktop
- Go to File → Options
- Go Trust Center (usually at the bottom on the far left)
- Click “Trust Center Settings”
- Under “Trusted Add-in Catalogs” check the box for “Next time Office starts, clear all previously started web add-ins cache”.
- Click Ok and restart Excel Desktop
