A Report Editor is trying to check a report back in to the Cosmos Portal but they are getting an error message, "Report check in failed. Please contact Cosmos support for assistance".
1. Open the report that is unable to be checked in.
2. In the upper-right hand corner click on Share -> Copy Link.
3. Open a Cosmos support ticket by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include in the email as much information as possible about any changes that were made to the report after it was last checked in successfully and the link that was copied. This will allow our support team to investigate and troubleshoot why the report is unable to be checked in.
