Issue
Scheduled reports are sending out successfully but some or all recipients are not receiving the emails.
Resolution
It could be the case that emails from scheduler@cosmosdatatech.com are getting quarantined or blocked from being received by certain recipients. This could be due to false positive errors logged when the emails are received or by someone accidentally flagging emails received from this email address as spam within your organization.
To whitelist the email address you can navigate to the Microsoft Defender Tenant Allow/Block List page here:
https://security.microsoft.com/tenantAllowBlockList
You can then create an Allow rule and add the scheduler@cosmosdatatech.com email address. This should enable emails to be received from this address.
Alternatively you can check in the Quarantine section of Microsoft Defender to see if emails have been quarantined when they are trying to be delivered by navigating to the page here:
